With the United States in the midst of a heroin and opiate epidemic, India Rakusen travels to the state of Ohio, where addiction has become part of everyday life. West of Cleveland, Avon Lake is a wealthy suburb – large, expensive properties with white picket fences back onto the shores of Lake Eerie. But behind this façade, there is a crisis.
